Cured felt
The cured felt is made from carbon fiber materials and resin-based materials through high-temperature treatment. It can be used for thermal insulation and protection in various fields such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, powder metallurgy, and for single crystal CZ or polycrystalline ingots, industrial sintering, etc. It can withstand heat up to 3000°C in vacuum or inert atmosphere. This insulation cylinder exhibits excellent thermal insulation and processing properties, while its ash content can be controlled below 20ppm.
