PAN-based hard felt

PAN-based hard felt is made from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers through a special process. It possesses high strength, high modulus, good heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it the preferred material in aerospace, energy, and high-temperature heat treatment equipment. PAN-based hard felt maintains stable physical properties in high-temperature environments, resisting melting or deformation. Additionally, its low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal shock resistance make it suitable for use in high-temperature furnaces such as single crystal furnaces and polycrystalline furnaces.
